Will & Erin’s Multi-Day Oahu Wedding

Reliving Their Adventure, Treasuring The Little Moments

A Hawaii Destination Wedding is more than the few hours you spend marrying and celebrating. It’s the entire getaway, the start-to-finish experience with your guests, the planned excursions and the unexpected adventures.

Will and Erin understood that deeply and wanted their Oahu Wedding Video to reflect their full multi-day event. This stunning Aussie couple traveled to Hawaii with their nearest and dearest, and their wedding at Kualoa Ranch was as scenic as it was spectacular.

Their supportive guests were eager for a great time, and each detail was thoughtfully executed. Ready to see the thrill and joy? Check out their Hawaii videography below, then read on to learn how we brought their multi-day vision to life.

Extended Coverage For a Multi-Day Adventure

Erin & Will booked the No Ka 'Oi Films multi-day package, which allowed me to come along and capture their boat excursion on the Mana Kai Catamaran. They swam in Waikiki’s crystal clear waters, shotgunned some Kona beers, and simply relaxed under sunny skies.

That footage helped encapsulate memories from beyond the wedding day, and it helped set the tone for their wedding film. Plus, you can’t beat that view of Diamond Head in the background.

Immersive

The Ali’i multiday package is my top-tier option, and it’s great for couples who want their video to tell a full story of their destination wedding. In addition to capturing your wedding day (from start to finish), I’ll also come along for an additional adventure.

This can be your rehearsal dinner, a welcome celebration, a day-after excursion, or a couple’s session.

Go beyond your wedding day and remember how you felt in your free time, the day-before jitters, or that blissful first full day as newlyweds.

Inclusive

I shared Will & Erin’s wedding highlight film above, but they got so much more than that with their multi day Oahu Wedding Video coverage.

I had the honor of presenting them with an Instagram-friendly teaser the very next day! They also received every other film I offer including the Highlight Film, Ceremony Film, and Toasts Film.

Interisland

You may have noticed something unique about Will & Erin’s video: it’s filmed on the island of Oahu. While No Ka ’Oi Films is based on Maui, we travel throughout the islands (and beyond!) to capture weddings.

Oahu Wedding Video: It’s All in the Details

But it’s still the wedding day that takes the cake, and creating a film from their memories was an honor. They treasured their wedding as a fun, wild, and emotional event, and their video highlights all that.

The tears shed at the ceremony, the moment they saw each other for the first time, the little interactions with their family and friends – that’s the kind of emotion I love to see, and it seems to be stronger and more tangible with joyful groups like this.

I had fun editing this Oahu Wedding Video for them, because it was a fun event. The silly faces their friends made for the camera, the way their bridesmaids and groomsmen were supportive and relaxed, the flow of champagne & spirits, and the impressive dance moves.

Of course, I had to get the little details in there too. They had a surfboard for guests to sign, and they brought their koala cake toppers all the way from Australia.

An Idyllic Setting at Kualoa Ranch

This incredible wedding in Hawaii took place at Kualoa Ranch. This scenic and remote property features multiple ceremony sites, and Erin & Will chose my favorite one: Paliku Gardens.

Palm trees naturally framed the ceremony, and the iconic Mokoliʻi (Chinaman’s Hat) stood tall in the backdrop.

And as they headed to the reception area to celebrate and dance, the waters and setting sun created the perfect ambiance — a peaceful, relaxed space for a couple who wanted their day to feel naturally fun.

All About Kualoa:

If you are looking for a Hawaii wedding location, you have to check out Kualoa Ranch. That’s where Will & Erin hosted their Oahu Destination Wedding, and where we got some incredible footage of the lush greenery and tranquil waters.

Here’s What you need to know about Kualoa Ranch Weddings:

  • The ranch is a 4,000-acre private nature reserve in Kaneohe along Oahu’s windward coast.

  • It’s listed in the National Register of Historic Places and has been a film set for multiple movies and TV shows.

  • There are two sites dedicated to full-sized weddings: Paluku Gardens and Moli'i Gardens. These venues feature incredible views surrounded by lush, tropical plant life.

  • Other sites on the property can accommodate elopements and micro-wedding ceremonies.

  • It will take 45 minutes to an hour to reach Kualoa Ranch from Waikiki, so you may want to arrange a shuttle for your guests if you’re staying at one of the city’s resorts.

  • Venue pricing is straightforward and available on the Kualoa Ranch Weddings website

“Actually Seeing Your Day”

After showing them their final film, I asked Erin & Will a few follow-up questions to ensure that I hit all the right notes and that they were happy with how I captured their story.

“What would you say to someone on the fence to book a wedding videographer?” I asked them. After all, with their wedding day behind them, they had a clear picture of how their planning came together. Here’s what they said:

DO IT. The day goes by in a blur. If it weren’t for our ceremony and speeches video I wouldn’t have remembered much about what was said. And even if you don’t get the add-ons, you can relive your special day forever. Photos are great, but actually seeing your day as it was is even more special. Everyone I know who didn’t get one says it’s their biggest regret.

Investing in Your Memories

Erin & Will put a lot of thought and care into every aspect of their Hawaii Wedding. And though they enjoyed every moment of it, the day still went by in a blur. That’s why they’re grateful to have their Oahu Wedding Video to relive the day.

This way, they can treasure the words in each speech, remember the ceremony quotes that brought tears to their eyes, catch those blink-and-you-miss-it moments, the interactions with guests, and see their own faces light up throughout the event.

The biggest moments and the most thoughtful things – that’s the story of the wedding, and now Will & Erin have a film that shows it in an authentic yet artful way.
