A Chic Sugar Beach Events Wedding with Pascal + Christina

Sugar Beach Events Wedding

Pascal & Christina had a stylish Sugar Beach Events Wedding that lasted long after sunset. This kindhearted couple endured multiple wedding postponements due to Covid but finally arrived to Maui in great spirits, ready to wed with their nearest and dearest. And I got to be their Maui Wedding Videographer!

I’ll post their highlight film down below, but first I want to share all about Pascal & Christina’s amazing chemistry, the thoughtful wedding planning, and their Hawaii adventure.

Deciding To Book Wedding Videography in Maui

I was surprised to learn that Pascal & Christina didn’t originally budget and plan for Maui wedding videography. Their celebration at Sugar Beach Events seemed camera-ready, and they were naturals on film.

But as they reworked their plan through postponements and surprises, they decided that having a video of their Hawaii wedding would allow them to treasure their memories even more.

I’m glad to report that they’re happy with their choice and have actually watched their wedding film more than they’ve looked through their photography (which they’ve also looked at a lot – their Maui wedding photos are amazing!).

Every time you watch it, you'll pick up on new details and moments,” Christina said. “It never gets old.

Planning a Sugar Beach Events Wedding

Long before Pascal & Christina booked No Ka 'Oi Films for their videography, they chose Sugar Beach Events as their Maui wedding Venue. This oceanfront setting is in North Kihei and has a front-row seat to one of the world’s most spectacular sunsets.

With a full-service kitchen, direct beach access, a private lawn, and an indoor/outdoor setup, this is one of the best wedding venues in Maui.

The Wedding Day Details

Every wedding day is made up of details: what was said, what was worn, what was sipped and shared and designed. And each detail shined during Pascal & Christina’s wedding at Sugar Beach Events.

A Maui Wedding Day coordinated their event, allowing the sweet couple to focus on the moments and memories that mean the most to them.

Their friend officiated the ceremony as their wedding party stood beside them, eager to support this new chapter of their life. After the ceremony tears were dried and the newlyweds made their way back up the aisle, it was time to party.

They shared fresh coconuts with their guests and had an open bar, plus fantastic food. It was one of those weddings where I could hear guests saying “wow” over and over again.

And the wow-factor grew once the dance floor opened. Shea Derrick and the Full Flavor Band absolutely brought Sugar Beach Events to life. When I asked Christina & Pascal what their favorite part of their wedding day was, they said it was 100% the band – that’s high praise when you consider how epic every aspect was.

Sharing Their Video

Christina & Pascal were happy for me to share their wedding video with the world. Many couples who plan a destination wedding in Maui don’t get to see their venue before booking, so choosing the right spot can be nerve-wracking.

That’s where wedding videos have incredible value to future couples. We hope that soon-to-be-weds can use this wedding film to better envision their wedding at Sugar Beach Events.

I hope to meet some of the couples who are helped and inspired by this wedding film and decide to include Maui wedding videography in their budget and plans.

In the meantime, sit back and enjoy the many incredible moments from Pascal & Christina’s Destination Wedding in Hawaii.
